How do I get the login?

A person on our team creates the account after you pay. We email you when it is ready, and the login email and password are shown on your private order page.

Is BobWork affiliated with the AI providers?

No. BobWork is an independent service. Each provider's own terms apply to the account.

Questions

Why pay more than the official price?

You are paying for the work: we create the account, pay the provider, check that the plan is active and help if something goes wrong. If you can sign up and pay the provider yourself, that is the cheaper way.

How long does setup take?

A person does it, so it depends on working hours and on the provider's sign-up checks. Your order page always shows the current status, and we email you as soon as the login is ready.

Can the account use my own email address?

Tell us the email you would like when you order. Some providers send a confirmation code to that address during sign-up; if so, we will ask you for it by email. Otherwise we create a new login for you.

How do I cancel?

Open your order page and choose Manage billing. Cancelling stops the next monthly charge, and we stop the plan with the provider.

Whose rules apply to the account?

The provider's. Every account is subject to that provider's terms of use, and a provider can limit or close an account under those terms. That decision is theirs, not ours.

A plan I want is not listed. Can you get it?

Probably. Email info@bobwork.ai with the plan name and we will tell you the price.
